Be creative with technology and become an app entrepreneur.

How?

South Dublin County Council, Vodafone and the ITT Dublin have come together for Innovation Dublin to create a great competition that offers transition year students a challenge – HAVE YOU GOT THE APP-FACTOR? Students are invited to think of a mobile phone app that might revolutionise their lives. Vodafone and the ITT Dublin will work with the best ideas to take these smart ideas to the mobile phone market. On the way you will learn how take a small idea and make it BIG, how to begin developing apps, how marketing works, how to find an audience for your app. Prizes will be offered for the best ideas and if your app goes on sale – you could be the next Bill Gates or Steve Jobs!

Submit an idea for an app to be developed by you or students in ITT Dublin.

Workshops will be held on creative thinking, technology, app development and marketing
